About

What is Clann Health?

Clann Health derives its name from the Irish language and translates directly to mean “family” or “tribe”. Our purpose is to build a tribe to live life to its fullest through health, fitness and adventure!

Exercise and outdoor adventure are a great way of connecting people together, and physical activities are some of the best ways to generate life lasting memories.

A big part of our mission is in giving back and helping others. We regularly take part in team adventure races and fundraise for worthy causes where everyone comes and works together to be a part of something bigger!

What separates the Clann Health from others is its culture and the most important component of the system is its motivational approach and family environment. We know if you don’t have fun and enjoy the training, you won’t do it.

Clann Health is not designed as a sport or competition, but focuses on you competing against yourself and bettering your body, mind and spirit
